DDVPL provides information‑technology consulting, development, and related professional services. All proposals, timelines, and deliverables are governed by separate project agreements (“SOWs”).

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe our intellectual property.

 

4.Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code on the Site are owned by DDVPL or its licensors. No portion may be reproduced without written consent.

 

5.Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall DDVPL be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use.

 

6.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
