• Work begins only after the scope of work (SOW) is mutually agreed upon.

 

2. No Monetary Refunds

• Once the scope of work is finalized and project execution begins, no monetary refunds will be provided.

• This is because our services involve custom development, resource allocation, and intellectual effort from day one.

 

3. Scope Revisions

• To ensure client satisfaction, we allow scope revisions within 14 days of project initiation.

• Revisions are limited to the originally agreed scope and are aimed at aligning deliverables with client expectations.

 

4. Project Cancellations

• Any exceptional cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW).

• DDVPL will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client needs while protecting work already completed.
